Baby Room Leader

Hello my name is Courtney and I am very excited to start at Monkey Puzzle as baby room leader. I have six years of experience in early years education and I began my journey as an apprentice and have proudly worked my way up to Baby Room Leader. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating environment for little ones to grow and thrive. I especially love incorporating messy play into our daily routine as it’s a fantastic way for babies to explore, learn, and express themselves. I also have experience using Makaton and enjoy using it to support early communication and connection with the babies in my care. I am looking forward to welcoming everyone to the family here at monkey puzzle and sharing my skills and experiences with everyone!
